ENDPOINT MANAGEMENT
Every laptop set up the same way, patched, and accounted for.
We manage macOS and Windows devices through consistent provisioning, patching, and lifecycle workflows — so a new hire's laptop is ready on day one, updates actually install, and you know where every device is.
Who this is for
- Teams where setting up a new laptop still takes an afternoon of someone's time.
- Companies running a mix of Macs and Windows PCs with no single view of either.
- Businesses that can't say with confidence which devices are encrypted or up to date.
- Anyone who has had to chase a departing employee for a laptop.
What we manage
Everything in scope, under one team.
Provisioning
- Zero-touch enrollment (Apple Business Manager, Autopilot)
- Role-based app and settings profiles
- Build sheets for each device we prepare
- Shipping to remote staff
Patching & policy
- OS and application updates on a set schedule
- Disk encryption enforcement
- Screen lock, firewall, and admin-rights policy
- Endpoint protection deployment
Lifecycle
- Asset records tied to the person using each device
- Warranty and refresh tracking
- Lost-device lock and remote wipe
- Offboarding: recovery, wipe, and reissue
How we work
Start from what you have
We inventory the devices you own, what is enrolled in management, and what isn't. The result is a single list of every laptop and desktop, who uses it, and what state it is in.
One standard per role
Devices are configured from a defined profile rather than by hand, so a designer's Mac and an accountant's PC each come out the same way every time. Changes go through the profile, not one machine at a time.
Tools that fit your stack
We work in Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Iru (formerly Kandji), and JumpCloud, and recommend one based on your mix of devices and your identity provider — not on what we would prefer to sell.
Visible to you
Your devices, their status, and their warranty dates appear in the NexDesk customer portal, and you can request a new device there.
Frequently asked
We have both Macs and PCs. Do we need two tools?
Not always. Intune and JumpCloud manage both; Jamf and Iru are Mac-focused and often paired with Intune for Windows. We recommend the smallest set that covers your fleet well.
Can you take over devices that are already in use?
Yes. Existing devices can usually be enrolled without a full rebuild. Where a rebuild is the cleaner option, we schedule it around the person using the device.
Do you buy the hardware?
We can source and prepare devices for you, or configure hardware you buy yourself. Either way each device is enrolled and recorded before it reaches the person who will use it.
