BROOKLYN

Brooklyn IT that shows up. Not just an inbox that promises to.

Your last MSP said same-day. They meant same-week. The Industry City conference room drops every Teams call and somebody keeps telling you it's Optimum's fault. Your ticket bounced between three helpdesks and nobody at any of them knows your riser closet exists. We do. We already keep spare Cat6A in a Bushwick locker.

WHERE WE OPERATE

Neighborhoods we cover

On-site across Kings County. A/C to DUMBO, L to Williamsburg, R to Sunset Park, East River Ferry along the waterfront. Priced into the plan — no borough surcharge, no ferry fee line item.

Downtown Brooklyn
Metrotech, Willoughby Square, Boerum Hill, Brooklyn Heights.
Class-A towers. Proper riser closets, real building-manager teams, tenant-services desks that answer emails. Roughly the same operating rhythm as Midtown — we treat it that way. COIs and freight-elevator booking handled without your team touching it.
DUMBO & Vinegar Hill
Waterfront lofts, Brooklyn Bridge Park corridor, Empire Stores.
1890s brick warehouses that got converted in three architectural passes and rewired in more. We open the ceilings before we quote — every DUMBO conversion has surprises, and if you didn't see them you can't price them. Ferry to Fulton Landing bypasses Manhattan traffic entirely.
Williamsburg & Bushwick
Bedford Ave, Morgan Ave, East Williamsburg industrial belt.
Agencies, boutique fintechs, post-production houses in old dye works. The previous tenant did their own cabling. We rip it out, run Cat6A, label both ends, and put UniFi in charge so nobody has to reboot a switch from a bar stool ever again.
Industry City & Sunset Park
Tenant-office redevelopment along the Gowanus Bay.
Campus-scale infrastructure. Communal risers, shared MPOE, tenant-services team that actually returns email. We coordinate directly with IC building management on network extensions and tenant onboarding — one of the sites we're on most often.
Gowanus, Park Slope, Prospect Heights
Brownstone-conversion offices and small commercial floors.
10-50 person shops, mixed Windows and Mac. Standard managed-IT engagement — same SLAs, same engineers, same price as our Manhattan clients.
WHY LOCAL MATTERS

Brooklyn has its own problems. It also has its own answers.

The buildings are physically different. Loft conversions have mystery wiring under century-old brick. Waterfront corrosion eats old copper. Pilot Fiber lands on some blocks and not others. Building managers here prefer a phone call to a portal ticket, and they remember which vendors they've had to chase for insurance certificates. We've done the work. We know the shortcuts. We answer our phone.

We fix your loft's wiring
Cat6A minimum, punched down properly, labeled at both ends, tested with a Fluke certifier. Not a bag of pre-terminated patch cables shoved through a hole in a wall.
We know your block's ISPs
Pilot Fiber, Verizon FiOS Business, and Optimum. Availability varies literally by block — we scope your actual address before recommending anything. If none of them work for the SLA you need, we bond two circuits.
We answer the phone
Live engineer, business hours. Same person you spoke to last week. Not a ticket queue in another time zone.
WHAT WE MANAGE

Full-stack IT, one team

Every managed customer gets the whole stack — not a la carte. You're paying for the integration, not the bullet points.

Live support in Slack or Teams
Opening a ticket is one message — no portal, no form. A real engineer replies in the same thread, under 5 minutes during business hours.
People operations
Onboarding, offboarding, access requests. SCIM'd to Okta / Entra ID so provisioning is automatic.
Endpoint fleet
Windows and Mac provisioning, patching, lifecycle. Intune, Jamf, JumpCloud.
Identity
Okta, Entra ID, JumpCloud, Active Directory. SSO, MFA, conditional access.
Cloud infrastructure
AWS, Azure. Cost audits, IAM discipline, backup you can actually restore from.
Cybersecurity
EDR (SentinelOne, CrowdStrike), firewall management, IDS/IPS, incident response.
Networking
LAN, Wi-Fi (UniFi, Meraki), VPN, site-to-site, ISP coordination.
QUESTIONS WE GET

Frequently asked

Are you actually staffed in Brooklyn or just claiming coverage?
Engineers on Brooklyn client sites 3+ days a week. Downtown Brooklyn, DUMBO, and Industry City are our densest sites — we're there enough that a same-day dispatch usually just means grabbing the next train.
You keep mentioning Industry City. Do you know that building specifically?
Yes. We work directly with IC's tenant-services team on new-tenant network provisioning, riser access, and low-voltage projects. Our engineers know which floors have their own risers and which share the neighbor's.
Loft rewire — how much and how long?
Depends on floor area, ceiling type, and how much existing cable we're replacing. Rough number: $8-25k for a typical 3,000-8,000 sq ft office. Timeline: 1-3 weeks. We quote the specific number after walking the space, not before.
Which ISP should we pick in DUMBO?
Pilot Fiber if your building has it — it's the fastest and most reliable option in DUMBO specifically. FiOS Business as backup or fallback. Optimum in older Empire Stores tenants. We do the ISP scoping before you sign anything.
What's the response time?
Under one hour for critical incidents (production down, security incident, exec locked out). Same day for standard requests. Next business day for low-priority. Written SLAs, not marketing copy.
Minimum spend?
$2,500/month for managed services. Standalone project work (rewires, office moves, cabling) is quoted separately with no monthly commitment.
