MICROSOFT 365

M365 that's actually configured well.

Every SMB runs on Microsoft 365 and every SMB has the same complaints — mailflow is fragile, SharePoint permissions are chaos, Teams meetings drop, Intune keeps prompting for things nobody remembers approving. Most of that comes down to a tenant that was set up in a rush and never revisited. Not a Microsoft problem — a config problem.

WHO THIS IS FOR
  • Companies whose M365 tenant was set up by whoever was around in year one and hasn't been touched since.
  • Teams migrating from Google Workspace to Microsoft (or the reverse).
  • Growing orgs ready to move off Business Basic / Standard onto Business Premium and take advantage of what's included.
  • Anyone frustrated with SharePoint permissions, Teams channel sprawl, or Exchange mailflow they don't understand.

HOW WE WORK
Tenant health assessment

Every engagement starts with a written health check — Secure Score, license utilization, admin roles, external sharing, mailflow rules, orphaned groups. You get a numbered list of what's fine, what's fragile, and what's actively risky.

License right-sizing pays for itself

SMB tenants routinely over-pay 20-30% because someone ordered E3 licenses when Business Premium would work, or because departed users still have paid seats. The first 60 days almost always find enough license waste to offset a chunk of the managed plan.

Business Premium unlocks a lot

If you're on Business Basic or Standard, you're leaving Intune, Entra ID Premium, and half the security features on the table. We help evaluate whether the jump to Business Premium is worth it — usually is at 25+ users.

Autopilot for hardware

New laptop arrives from the vendor, employee logs in with M365 credentials, everything provisions automatically — apps, policies, VPN, printer drivers. Cuts new-hire IT setup from a half-day to zero.

FREQUENTLY ASKED
Do we need Business Premium or is Business Standard fine?
Standard covers the productivity apps. Business Premium adds Intune (device management), Entra ID Premium (SSO, conditional access), and a stack of security features you probably want at 25+ employees. Usually a $10/user/month upgrade that avoids $50/user/month in equivalent third-party tools.
Can you handle a Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 migration?
Yes. Mail, calendar, drive contents, groups, aliases. Usually a 2-4 week project with parallel-running mail during cutover. Users see minimal disruption.
Our Teams meetings drop constantly. Is that us or Microsoft?
Almost always network. Teams is unforgiving about jitter and packet loss even on good bandwidth. We audit your ISP + firewall + Wi-Fi and fix what's actually broken — usually a QoS policy or a saturated uplink, not a Microsoft problem.
What about Copilot?
Copilot for Microsoft 365 is a $30/user/month add-on with real utility for some roles (execs, sales, marketing) and marginal utility for others (engineering, ops). We help pilot it with 5-10 people before rolling it broadly.
