AUTOMATION & AI
Less repetitive work. Faster answers. People still in charge.
We automate the routine parts of running IT — onboarding, offboarding, access requests, renewals — and use AI where it genuinely helps our engineers resolve issues faster. Every change that matters is still reviewed by a person.
Who this is for
- Teams where onboarding a new hire means a checklist someone works through by hand.
- Companies where leavers keep access for days because nobody owns offboarding.
- Businesses that find out about a software renewal after it has already charged.
- Leaders curious about AI who want it applied carefully, not everywhere.
What we manage
Everything in scope, under one team.
People workflows

- Group, app, and license assignment by role
- Offboarding with access removed promptly
- Device request and return tracking
Operations
- Requests taken in Slack, Teams, or email
- Routing to the right engineer
- Renewal and warranty reminders
- Request status visible in your portal
AI-assisted support
- Suggested fixes from similar past requests
- Drafted replies for an engineer to review
- Summaries of long request histories
- Knowledge base search in plain language
How we work
Automate what is already well understood
We start with tasks that happen often and are done the same way every time, such as creating accounts or removing access. Automating a process nobody has written down only makes the confusion faster, so we document first.
AI as an assistant to engineers
Our engineers use an AI assistant that looks at your request alongside how similar issues were resolved before, and suggests next steps or a reply. The engineer decides what is sent and what is changed.
Your data stays scoped to you
Information from one client's environment is never shown to another. Suggestions drawn from past work elsewhere are anonymised.
Frequently asked
Will AI reply to our staff directly?
No. The assistant suggests and drafts; an engineer reviews and sends. We would rather be a little slower than send a confident wrong answer.
Do we need new software for automation?
Usually not. Most of what we automate runs on tools you already pay for — your identity provider, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, Slack or Teams — plus the NexDesk platform we operate.
Can you automate a workflow specific to our business?
Often, yes. Tell us what the process is and how often it happens, and we'll say honestly whether automating it is worth the effort.
