Are you actually based on Long Island?
NYC-based, with Long Island as a first-class service area. Engineers make the LIRR run to Nassau and central Suffolk regularly. East End gets planned same-day dispatch by car.
Response time for Nassau vs. Suffolk vs. East End?
Nassau: same-day critical, next business day standard. Central Suffolk (Route 110 corridor): same-day critical. East End: same-day for critical but morning dispatch — arrivals usually early afternoon.
Do you handle the corporate campuses in Melville and Hauppauge?
Yes. Many of those campuses now house post-corporate-relocation SMBs (10-100 employees in space built for 1,000). Standard engagement for us.
What about East End hospitality clients?
Yes — we support several restaurant groups and hotel operations in the Hamptons. Cyclical calendar (heavy summer, quiet winter) means we plan maintenance windows around the season. Standard managed plan pricing.
ISP options in outer Suffolk?
Optimum coverage is generally good. Frontier in some pockets. East End is patchier — sometimes fixed wireless (Cambium, T-Mobile Business Internet) is the practical answer when fiber isn't there.
Minimum spend?
$2,500/month for managed services. Same as every other coverage area. Project work quoted separately.
